Hi there, Explorers! We hope you’re all having a great time in Core Keeper and that you’re enjoying all the new content, features, and secrets in the underground.

The combat could use some love, as well as the loot that drops from these combat encounters. Armour and weapons should feel more interesting to find, and the balance needs a fair bit of work to not feel jarring.  

Core Keeper is a gem in the sandbox genre that offers a rich and varied experience in a fascinating underground setting. Despite some drawbacks, such as excessive grinding and a somewhat flat skill system, the game excels in its ability to deliver an immersive and fun experience.

It all shapes up into a very inviting experience that teases dense design layers down the road. Even in early access, these feel like the raw materials of a multiplayer survival sim that will draw an enduring audience. I can’t wait to see how it keeps growing.

And if you want to make sure you always have fresh ingredients, craft a hoe to clear out some farmland, and plant the seeds that you’ll inevitably pick up during your travels.

Explore diverse biomes with unique ecosystems and long-forgotten lore. From the living walls of the Clay Caves to the crystal caverns of the Shimmering Frontier, discover more about this mysterious world as you uncover the secrets of the Cavelings.

Image via Pugstorm Down below is the list of the various floor tiles that can be used by you to easily spawn the monsters in Core Keeper, what they spawn, and where to find them.

Aside from selling supplies, the Bearded Merchant sells items that can be used to re-summon certain bosses such as all giant slimes and Ghorm; you simply need to purchase these items and place them Core Keeper Gameplay on the boss' rune to get them to reappear. Feel free to farm the bosses for fun and profit if you want!

Players can farm most skills with various AFK methods, to gain earlier advantage from some stronger buffs and useful talents. However, this is unnecessary in a normal playthrough. Especially since skill levelling was made substantially quicker in the 0.5 Desert Update.

Another beautiful week has gone by and things have been as busy as ever with the Core Keeper community! Seasonal Events Re-Cap!

With all these new Explorers navigating the underground, we wanted to give you a little re-cap on seasonal events in Core Keeper. Seasonal events are themed events that activate in-game at certain times of year!

Take it slowly at first, and don’t rush into combat. You’ll eventually be able to craft armor, but don’t prioritize that over keeping the rest of your tools in good working order.
